I've been hiking almost everyday and it feels so great. I can already feel the difference and am beginning to see results...and let's face it, if I'm going to splurge on Doritos and pizza
often here and there, then I will pay for it! Am I right?
What's that saying?..."I sweat like a pig so I can look like a fox"...I have way too many cute clothes that I am itching to wear. :)
And you know what else, sometimes I throw on whatever clothing to workout in, and I feel a little wretched...so when I have a cute stylish jazzercise outfit on then I feel a little more Romi and Michelle. It just lifts my mood. ya know?
In all seriousness though, what is THE MOST important is health...so yes, I LOVE fashion and style (and looking cute while I work out)...but, the MAIN reason I am focusing on eating right and exercising is for my health...with diabetes, heart disease, cirrhosis of the liver, anxiety, and so many other health issues in my circle - it's a lot for a gal to handle and think about...but guess what?! Working out also does wonders for my stress. :)
I'm also thinking of trying out yoga someday...we'll see.
