Burlesque Me Baby

so I took a deep breath and went for it.
I wouldn't normally be the one in front of the camera for a session like this...but I said, hey - what the hell. Why not see how someone else interprets pinup / burlesque.

Burlesque Me Baby is a (modern day) burlesque/pinup photography project run by two women.
Lauren does the makeup and some styling and Blair is the photographer. The two girls are sweet and had some wine and treats for me.

If you're interested in booking a shoot with them, they are having an event this weekend, here in Los Angeles.
Drinks, styling and 5 photos within a day. (styling: you bring some of your own wardrobe and Lauren will help you put things together if needed. Photos: you get 5 lightly retouched photos the next day)

Helpful tips and notes:
bring outfits that you are comfortable wearing.
bring props of your own liking (they have some)
If you truly consider yourself an expert at hair and makeup, ask if you can arrive ready (I wish I had done this to save some time.)
don't be afraid to tell Blair if you know your best angles. :)
The images you receive are 5 and are lightly retouched (skin).
